We installed Dressage Turf into Carl Hesters state-of-the-art outdoor facility at Oaklebrook Mill 15 months ahead of the 2012 London Olympic Games. Carl not only uses the surface to train and teach on himself, it is also used by double-gold medallist Charlotte Dujardin also as she has trained and worked for Carl since 2007.
With superstars Carl & Charlotte, plus a host of other dressage superstars in the making working at this facility Carl and we knew that second-best just wouldn’t cut it which is why he trusts Leisure Ride with his arena surfaces, and our Trojan Dressage Turf as his riding arena surface of choice. In addition to his outdoor arena, we also reconditioned and relaid his indoor arena – drastically improving the composition and going of the surface.
Obviously since then Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin have enjoyed considerable success – thanks hopefully in part to Trojan Dressage Turf. Carl himself reporting “Dressage Turf is without doubt the best surface I have ever ridden on. The horses love it and are going better than ever”
